Kaishan’s Two-stage Screw Air Compressors (Standard atmosphere)
Each machine can meet Level 1 energy efficiency standards, cutting electricity by 10% to 15% as compared to those under Level 2 energy efficiency standards, as well as by 20% to 30% as compared to those under Level 3 energy efficiency standards.
At Kaishan, every Two-stage Screw Air Compressor can meet Level 1 energy efficiency standards.
Kaishan’s Two-stage Screw Air Compressor meets Level 1 energy efficiency standards, the key features of which are listed as below:
1. As compared to single-stage compression, two-stage compression stays closer to isothermal compression with least power consumption. In theory, two-stage compression conserves energy by 5% to 8% more than single-stage compression.
Two-stage compression compressors adopt two units of SKY Screw Rotors in two different sizes, which will ensure rational pressure distribution and lower the compression ratio for each compression process. A lower compression ratio comes with two unique advantages. First, internal leakage is minimized, while volumetric efficiency is improved. Second, the bearing load is significantly reduced to improve the life of such bearing, which in return extends the life of the compressor.
2. Rotary claims the leading position in the global market for its efficiency
The most important part rests with the efficiency of the rotary. As developed and patented by Dr. Tang Yang for his “T” type, the resultant efficiency is the industrial leader in the global market, representing an increase of 5% to 15% as compared to others.
3. High-end Configuration and Systemic Optimization
Another important feature is also mirrored by the design and details of products in part, as well as high-end systemic configuration and optimization. Such feature once again demonstrates 5% to 8% better than products under other brands.
Armed with innovative designs and techniques, including the inherent design of the adjustable air injection and refrigerant flow fields under the KHE series, oil and air separation techniques, highly-efficient electric engines, and smart automation control, these highly-efficient compressors will bring genuine energy-saving benefits to many customers.
